Shipping Rates and Policies
All shipments must be shipped to a physical address (no post office boxes or postal stations) within Canada, no exceptions.All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has been confirmed, we will ship your order and send you an e-mail with the details of your shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At the Inflatable Boat Shop we do not profit from shipping. We offer the rates that we receive and pass the savings directly on to our customers. For orders containing multiple items, shipping costs will be based on the combined weight of the shipment.
From the time you place your order to delivery is usually about five to ten days. Please call or email us to check on your order if it is taking longer than you expect.
